Group Classes
These 30 minute classes are held 6 days a week, with a maximum of 10 people for most classes, they provide enough focus from your coach to assist with technique and encouragement. Classes cover plenty of different fitness goals from cardio focus, to strength and conditioning, toning and aesthetic development. I always encourage you to bring along friends to these classes as they are also a great way to socialize with fellow health and fitness minded people.​

This 30 minute high intensity strength focused workout is sure to get your blood pumping and your muscles aching. Combining Cardiovascular training, full body strength and conditioning movements, and muscle variety you can be sure that you get the most out of your mornining.

Core Stability is designed around strengthening the muscles that support your spine and hips. Providing a great baseline for future training whilst preparing your body for the day. Great for anybody who works physical jobs or wants to reduce their everyday pain.
HIIT Squad
18-65, Intermediate +​
Cardio - Endurance - Full Body
High Intensity interval training, for those who really want to get their blood pumping. A cardio focused full body workout with short bursts of high intensity exercise followed by very short rest periods. Repeated until you can't do any more. Not for the faint of heart.
BoxFit
All Ages, Beginner Friendly​

For those who love variety in their workouts, this full body session takes you through 6-24 rotating movements with short rest periods and continuous effort. Self regulated effort makes this a beginner friendly class whilst also catering to high fitness levels.

Cardio - Tone - Full Body
Incorporating a variety of different training techniques, this class empowers women to feel confident in their body, whilst improving cardiovascular health and strength. With targeted workouts you can expect to develop your core and glutes, whilst toning your arms and legs.
